Post the pay, the dates and the housing.
Seasonaires compare a role on those three facts. When a listing did not state one, the card says so. Applicants to a venue-posted role arrive ranked by fit.
An example role
This card is an example, so you can see the shape. It is not an open role, and the wage is not a fee for using Saison.
Bar. €2,400 a month. 1 Dec → 30 Apr. Housing included. Example chalet, Tignes.
Applicants, highest fit first
The same example role, three example people. Skills, languages, dates and housing make the number. None of these people have an account.
- Camille, 93. All the skills, both languages, the whole season, and housing included.
- Jonas, 83. The skills and the dates, one language short, housing not needed.
- Léa, 58. Half the skills, both languages, dates for the second half, housing only partly covered.
How a venue joins
Create a venue account, or open the claim link if Saison already set your venue up. Finish the venue profile, then post a role with the pay, the dates and the housing.
What it costs
Saison is currently free to use. The first 50 establishments to join keep free access, permanently. If pricing is ever introduced for anyone else, it will be announced clearly in advance.
